I was not dissapointed, his performance was incredible, full of energy, he absolutely tore it down. If you see this guys name on a flyer at any event in your city, you need to go see him perform, its an experience!
Below is some footage, I forget how deep the sound system is at Cargo (the speakers completely rocked the place, everything was vibrating!) , it basically killed the audio in the footage so apologies for that but you can quite clearly see how much dedication dude has to performing, his energy and enthusiasm rubbing off on the crowd......

....I was already aware of Melo-X from his appearance on the track Let It, from Machine Drum’s recent Want To 1 2? album. An emcee with a wicked flow and refreshing attitude, he took to the stage with his MPC and proceeded to loop beats live and then rap to them. Always good to see performers approach their live act with something refreshing or different, and this worked perfectly. Melo-X really got into his performance and fully engaged the crowd, who in turn totally lapped it up. I spent quite a lot of time talking to Melo-X after his performance, about hip-hop and music in general, and he was an extremely approachable and well rounded guy. We then went onto the Brainfeeder event that was also on last night (hosted by Flying Lotus and friends), stayed about an hour and caught some of Joker’s set - which was heavy! Anyway, keep your ear to the ground for the man Melo-X, cos I have a feeling we’ll be hearing a lot more from him very soon, and rightly so....
